Claims

We work with all insurance companies both big and small. All we need is a claim number and we will handle everything else.

In Oklahoma, you have the right to choose which repair facility you have your vehicle repaired at. We will work with any insurance company and negotiate the repairs, while ensuring that safe and proper repairs are being paid for. Insurance adjusters typically do not write a complete estimate the first time they see a vehicle, because they understand that a percentage of customers will never have their vehicle repaired. Once your vehicle is at our shop, we will list out everything needed for proper repairs, and send the list to your insurance adjuster to ensure that your vehicle is fully repaired. Response times to receive approval to start repairs can vary between providers, but most providers issue an approval within 5 business days after receiving our list or estimate.
