LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY.
The Dent Guys, Inc. warrants to the customer that for so long as customer owns the vehicle all repair work performed by The Dent Guys, Inc. on customers vehicle will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Any paint on customers vehicle will not crack, peel or fade as a result of The Dent Guys, Inc. repair work. The Dent Guys, Inc. further warrants that for so long as customer owns vehicle any dents repaired by The Dent Guys, Inc. will not resurface, barring future abuse or acts of God. Warranty is nontransferable.
TERM OF LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD/CLAIMANT.
This Limited Warranty is valid for as long as you own vehicle from date on which The Dent Guys performs repairs on said vehicle. Any claim under this Limited Warranty must be made by the original owner for which repairs have been performed.
REMEDIES.
The Dent Guys sole responsibility or liability under this Limited Warranty is to either: (1) repair or replace the vehicle’s repair or damage at no additional charge to you; or (2) at its option, refund to you the amount you paid The Dent Guys for such repair.
REQUIRED PROCEDURE TO RECEIVE REMEDIES.
If you believe you are entitled to a repair or remedy under this Limited Warranty, you must bring your vehicle back to the facility where you had the repairs done. You are solely responsible for maintaining a copy of your receipt and this Limited Warranty indicating the customer, vehicle and date on which The Dent Guys performed the PDR. This Limited Warranty Certificate must be presented by you for any repairs or claims.

LIMITED WARRANTY LIMITATIONS AND COVERAGE EXCLUSIONS.
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage due to the following causes or events:
 A collision or accident with another vehicle.
 Impact with another object.
 Any repair or alteration by you or any other person or business other than The Dent
Guys.
 A defective panel or sheet metal
 Ordinary wear and tear, deterioration or abuse
 Any new dent or new damage
 Mechanical or electrical part failure or function issues
 Any defective part
In addition, this Limited Warranty is not transferable or assignable to any other person,
business, or entity.

THE LIMITED WARRANTY AND REMEDIES STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE THE SOLE WARANTY AND
REMEDIES TO WHICH YOU ARE ENTITLED. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ARE HEREBY
DISCLAIMED, INCLUDEING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURCHASE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS THE DENT GUYS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT,
CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPEACIAL OR ANY OTHER FORM OF DAMAGES. THIS LIMED WARRANTY
CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE SUBJECT MATTER HEREOF
AND SUPERCEDES ALL PREVIOUS REPRESENTATIONS, AGREEMENTS AND UNDERSTANDINGS, WHETHER ORAL OR
WRITTEN, AND THIS LIMITED WARRANTY MAY NOT BE MODIFIED, SUPPLEMENTED, EXTENDED, OR EXPANDED.
THE PARTIES EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT THE LIMITED WARRANTY LIMITATIONS, EXCLUSIONS AND TERMS SET FORTH
HEREIN ARE AGREED ALLOCATIONS OF RISK AND SHALL SURVIVE THE DETERMINATIONS OF ANY COURT OF
COMPETENT JURISDICTION THAT ANY REMEDY PROVIDED HEREIN FAILS OF ITS ESSENTAIL PURPOSE. THE DENT
GUYS MAXIMUM LIABLITY UNDER OR PERTAINING TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR TO ITS PERFORMANCE OF
REPAIR IS THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR SUCH REPAIR PERFORMED BY THE DENT GUYS. CUSTOMER HEREBY
ACKNOLWEDGES THAT HE/SHE HAS READ AND UNDERSTANDS THE LIMITED WARRANTY AND AGREES TO THE
ABOVE-STATED TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY.
